Poll Question:
Is Flunkie disinfecting first before the lick? I think, and BVP think, that Flunkie is definately disinfecting the object he is licking prior to the actual performance of " The Lick"...We feel listeners should know where the next lick is and pre-infect the object prior to the lick...HHMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM??

| The fact that he didn't get sick (that we know of) from licking the shopping cart handles makes me wonder. But let's see what happens in a few days after his nice escalator tongue action. I know he must have been at the airport for at least a half hour before MJ finally went to him on the phone, so it is possible that he put something on it prior to the licking. |

Look.. come on isn't it obvious...
He is a Slick licker, with as his only protection, prior dysinfection! So they use their wit, all for the sake of the bit.

| I'm sure they wouldn't allow him to whip out a spray bottle of some unknown substance in the airport. Spray it on 200 feet of escalator rail for about 2 minutes as it runs a full cycle. And is anything trully disinfected anyway? |

Good question..but he somehow is disinfecting I would think..but you make a valid point....sterilization is 100% effective technique but we know the escalator rail was not in boiling water..Calvicide works and dries quick..though hiss tongue would burn after that one..sooo I need to look at pics if they are posted..

Okay, when they were doing the bit live on the radio, Tommy the train said, Oh someone is coming down ! Also, look at the position of the tongue, it bends and is pulled downward. I think it could not be that position if the track was going up.
I am not saying.. I am just saying.
But .. hey let's settle this the demcratic way.
This is not about right orr wrong... Right ? this is about debunking the myth , the bit and the lick.

I have a headache and I can't function to even argue over it..but you are right with the physics of the tongue thing...Most escalator handles go up though but this is not all inclusive i suppose Aries.

Okay I am going to do an escalator run at TIA...and I am totally going to debunk/funk this thing....what escalator damn it..which one...I have removed many a shoestring and the rails generally go up and the surface is still dirty but cleaning prior to total lick job...
