Jab was upset because JB is generally mean to her and all of the interns. He Yelled at Jab yesterday for messing something up and dropped the F bomb a couple of times at her and said God D*mn to her which offended her. He also is kinda too touchy feely.
She cried on the air. it was pretty rough. I think MJ should let Jab kick JB in the crotch for being that way. |

Well honestly, stuff like that shouldnt have been broughten up on air, like Michele said this morning! First I understand where both are coming from weather or not JOey was mean to her like she said he was, its part of the business. If she cant deal with that stuff now its all over for her. she should have just took what he said, he even said on the air its nothing personal, just part of the business. And the whole time on air, Joey B did not yell at her or anything just pointing things out. And MJ did agree with him on things because thats just how business is. Jab didnt need to bring up things she did about him drinking and other things, thats outside of wqork, not called for all she was doing is stirring the pot more when she should have just shut up., Dont get me wrong here I like Jab a lot but that was so stupid! oh well thats radio for you!

I think Jab showed her age and "lack of wisdom"..As far as Joey is concerned, they crap on him all the time with drinking etc..(though a major part of his job is Public Relations, hence, drinking socially and in business is still acceptable). Joey has a tough job and is pretty perfectionistic when it comes to things..as ULTIMATELY it is a reflection on HIM..leave Mr. B alone. He is really a great guy, with a true spirit..he cares about more than what people think! He is an honest-to-God good person and does not intentially go for the jugular!! Piss him off and you will see IED!! Maybe she really does need a dose of his lexapro!! Or atleast a trip to a shrink!!!

I don't think Joey should have said that Jab does not belong in the radio business. She might not have tough skin now, but it takes time to learn things and be able to blow things off and not let them get to you. I'm sure Joey struggled when he was first starting out. I agree that this whole thing should not have been on the air.
And yes, Joey is touchy-feely because he put his arm around me when I was in the studio.  |

O Lord...she is 20 acting like she was 12..with an IQ of "like 160", living with momma- get another job, get a place to live and support your self and for God sake get some thick skin and blow it off; crying like a baby is crap.. she is an ass-clown herself! Joey should have blown her out of the water and then see if she sank or swam...period. That's my opinion and I am sticking to it...I thought it was a riot! You go MR. B!

Thanks for posting that Jbaby. I always knew Jab didn't want a career in radio. That is why she probably does not care what they say about needing thick skin in the radio business. It all comes down to being able to handle dilemmas, which she will learn through experience.
Doesn't it seem like she read this forum before she wrote that? It's kind of a response to what people have said on here. |

Thats what I thought too..with the "thick skin" comment..I sent her this link a while back and told her to to read it anytime she wanted to know what the fans of MJMS thought..I imagine after the JB thing thats what she did..so thats why I posted her blog..so it could be seen to all
I like Jab...But shes young and probaly not used to the whole criticism thing..which like you said MJMS she will learn to get used to it. She showed alot of dedication to the show for not even really wanting to be on radio..which to me shows shes does what needs to be done, no matter what. Now I would have handled the JB thing different but im older and know how to handle that type of situation.
