I love jab. But why did she have to lie? I have to suck it up and admit that mj is right.
Ps. Jab instruct your mom to just take messages and not relay any info about your status status when speaking to your employer..

Yeah, it's sad that Jabberjaw did this, but I still like her. I don't see her as a bad human being for doing this. I just see her as a human being, because we all lie every now and then. But I can understand where MJ's coming from, as well. She really had no reason to lie. All she had to do was just tell MJ that she wanted to take the day off to go to the Obama rally and he would've let her. That's the saddest thing about this. It was such a stupid reason for a lie. I know that every time I talked to her through e-mail and on here, she has always been really sweet to me. Is she off the show for good? I hope she comes back.

| yes jab lied , mj makes it sound like all she had to do was ask , knoiw you know he would have read her the riot act , if you remember fester took time off to go to new york , mj knew and claimed he didn't he was up in arms about that, i think they feel like they can;t go to mj and are probably even afraid to ask , and there are times when fester seems like such a puppet , i like fester a lot it just seems that not to get into anything with mj he yesses him to death. and one caller was right when she said froggy should have been fired along time ago for some of the stuff he pulls.too bad people feel they have to lie. |

Everyone posting must have been listening to a different show than I was because Joey B said that he's the one who made up the excuse about the migraine. It's funny how you can say not lie, then condemn JabberJaw's mom for NOT lying.
Also, MJ is on a power trip - I'd love to hear Meredith say one thing that John McCain stands for because she'd never be able to do it because she's dumb as heck. I caught her snarky comment that if another intern had done what JabberJaw did, then Jab would have said fire her. Meredith needs to sit back, not talk she only has her job because MJ is hot for her.
I'd be willing to bet that all the 'incidents' with Froggy and JabberJaw were bits because then Froggy should have been fired. I'm tired of MJ saying that listeners are always in on things, when he is CLEARLY lying. It happened when Lunchbox was 'caught' on camera with MJ's mic and they took the video down off the site. Then when a caller mentioned that someone had to be in on it when Froggy put the dog poop in her purse, those pictures were conveniently taken down.
I for one won't be listening to him anymore. In my opinion he's racist (the Obama songs) egotistical (today proved that) and must be the center of everything. Either let Joey do his job and not have to be micro-managed or change the rules.

I don't agree with Todd on a whole lot - but he's right about Jabberjaw (and right about Obama, incidentially - but that's another thread for another time). If I lied to my bosses about being sick and ended up at a political rally - I'd be fired.
I like Jab, too, but you have to be a grown up about things. This is a job - it's not volunteer work and she's not an intern.
You have an obligation to your employer during working hours. End of discussion. The fact it was an Obama rally is irrelevant, and so what if MJ said no? Then she doesn't go. It was aggrevating listening to all those callers portray Jab as a victim - you can't flake out of work just because you don't feel like it - and you certainly can't lie about it.

So because he doesn't support Obama he's racist? That's ridiculous. Even Joey B said that MJ not supporting Obama had nothing to do with racism.
It sounds like to me that you can't stand the fact that MJ is a Republican and that that's your main beef with him. Forget about all the Jabberjaw stuff, you're all up in a heap because he doesn't support Obama. Admit it.

I could care less who he votes for - I voted for Bush last election, because I thought he'd do the best job. This time I'm voting for Obama because I believe he will do the best job. I can't recall the lyrics to the newest song but when I heard it I thought that they were racist. I don't care if Obama is Muslim (which he isn't) , any more than I care that MJ is a Jew. I'm not here to judge people based on the color of their skin, what political party they are affiliated with, or which religion they practice. In 1960 JFK was condemned for being a Catholic. If you're going to vote (and everyone should) then at least make an informed vote - don't get your information from a right-wing conservative talk show host. He can't point out why Obama is a Socialist with Marxist tendencies he just keeps saying that over and over.
JabberJaw wasn't the one who lied, it was Joey B, so she gets fired because someone else lied to MJ? Plus he said he was going to fire her if Obama won the election. He's an ass clown. She's the one who makes the least on the show, so he's going to fire her. But I bet if she were a McCain supporter, he wouldn't have made the comment. He's trying to scare people out of voting for Obama. Anyone with any intelligence isn't going to let a DJ tell them who to vote for. Read up on both candidates and see who you agree with most. If someone asks me why I'm voting for Obama, I can tell them, intelligently why, and I'll never use the words "hope" or "change". He chooses to only let people who agree with him speak and anyone who doesn't he talks over or doesn't let them talk. After all these years of the show, 99% of the stuff that goes on when people lie, get fired or suspended, whatever the case, ends up being bits.. Its just a way for them to get entertainment value out of it. I dont believe much of that stuff anymore because it has been proven time after time its all been bits... ITs Radio people, Stop Bitching...

No, this is all about politics for you. You're the one who honestly thinks that MJ would've fired her if Obama won the election. If he said that, he was being sarcastic. If you actually think he was being serious about that, you are taking him way too seriously. C'mon, do you think MJ is that horrible a person that he would fire someone who didn't agree with him politically? Do you think he's some evil human being? Give me a break. He has a wife and two kids for God's sake. You are getting so hung up about his political beliefs now, but he acted this same way back in the 2004 election. But since you agreed with what he said back then, it didn't bother you since you were voting for Bush. But now it obviously bothers you because he isn't voting for the guy you are voting for in this election.
I don't let any DJ influence me on who I'm going to vote for. But I don't know what that has to do with this whole Jabberjaw situation.
Wait, are you that person who wrote a letter to MJ that he read the other day on the air saying he was racist against Obama? LOL, I bet that was you wasn't it!

| well, jab DID NOT lie to MJ she wasn't fired for lieing. she was fired for going over his head, which we all know is suicide. when they had the vote to bring jab back, i voted no. since she came back i got to liking her very much and I think MJ done the RIGHT thing. hate to say it cause i really like jabs. i believe if she would have asked MJ, he would have let her go AND EVEN had her report back to him on the rally. MJ has proven time and time again, that he loves to place interns in places like that. remember the concert jab got thrown out of ( i believe it was Brittany Spears ), so, of course, he would have let her go. as far as Joey B, he's my favorite on the show. i missed how that all turned out, was he fired, also? i don't know if he knew jabs was going to the rally. maybe she told him she was sick. but for jabs to tell MJ that Joey knew, was wrong on jabs part. Joey sticks up for her daily, and she shouldn't have thrown him under the bus, like that ... PERIOD. and all that froggy blowing things up, definately a bit, allowed by MJ and known by MJ. jab probably agreed to it all. i mean come on, if it really happened without MJ's approval, Froggy would be gone, we all know that. and by no means was this political. she went over his head, and was even in the studio a couple shows after talking to tommy. she had every oppurtunity to tell MJ, and chose not to. that is why he fired her. |

Just want to clear everything up!
1) Joey and Tommy Chuck knew I was going to the Obama rally. I have the text messages to prove it. I can even type them VERBATUM if you'd like me to.
2) I never said I had a migraine. I didn't even know that was said until I turned on my iPod radio while sitting on the sidewalk at the rally. If I would've lied and said I had a migraine, I wouldn't have been dumb enough to go to the rally. I was surrounded by cameras all day. MJ could've easily looked up and seen me on any of the studio monitors.
3) I did go over MJ's head. Why? I was instructed to. MJ belittles us and says I know nothing that Obama stands for. Really? Is he there at night when I'm going through his entire voting record and researching what he's for or against? No, don't think so. Notice the next time MJ asks someone to answer an intelligent question. He'll interrupt them and make them sound stupid. That's another reason I didn't tell him. He missed the boat on this one though. I met Senator Obama, I was directly in front of the podium, and surrounded by the Associated Press photographers, national TV cameras and local TV cameras.
I've always tried as hard as I could to set an example for younger girls. I wanted to show them that stupidity shouldn't be rewarded (Meredith, yes, we hate each other, and for good reasons too), and that intelligence is the path they need to take. Oh well! You win some, you lose some! |

If every bad thing froggy does is a bit, why can't MJ come clean about it and admit it... so he can stop just making excuses when people compare Jub's or Jab's actions to his?
and I love how he dumps on reality tv for how staged, scripted and produced he says it is, allthewhile putting together PATHETIC fake bits for the show! |
